For many people, this time of year is especially hard because so many other people seem to be clear about what they want. From the kids giving their Christmas lists to Santa Claus to the ambitious co-worker with plans for 2018, other people seem to know what you want. But maybe you don't know. Maybe you don't feel great about yourself or your options, and the more other people make plans, the more it all seems impossible for you.
You're not alone. It's hard to commit to wanting something when you've hit a roadblock or been knocked down once too often or simply become so comfortably stuck that you can't imagine moving. In these 5 minutes, consider some very small steps that might help you shape a goal, however small, that you can commit to so that you begin to move again.
