Figure out what you want in about 5 minutes

Much of the work we do as coaches consists of helping people figure out what it is they want. In this 5 minute audio, you'll get a chance to think about three important questions:

  • When you think about what you want next, what is non-negotiable?
  • How have you been following your values in the choices you've been making about what to do (and what not to do)?
  • Where do you want to be in 2022 and what do you have to do now to get there (hint: start with being clear and vivid when you think about 2022)

Restore your focus in less than 10 minutes

This episode is an exercise that will take about 8 minutes to lead you from your current mindset of frustration, confusion or distraction into a clear and useful mindset of focus. We begin by assembling the components of a state that supports focus. In the second step, we open up a focus on the thing you want - your outcome, desired future, goal or task. Finally, we use a familiar NLP pattern to practice moving your focus back to what you want, no matter what distracts you.
